CAB's experienced leadership team is dedicated to delivering sustainable results for our clients.

R. Kelly Molony - President

Kelly is President and CEO of CAB BDC. Kelly has over 28 years of experience in management, operations, strategic planning, and business development. He brings to his role a track record of successfully delivering significant growth to the company and its clients.

A gifted orator and teacher, Kelly’s strengths include education and training. As a past Certified Instructor for ACA International, Kelly has taught thousands of students, business associates and employees on topics such as motivation, telephone techniques, outstanding customer service, developing effective corporate cultures, and building strong business foundations. Kelly has been nationally recognized for his variety of skills: collection and other business experience; education and training; association achievements and leadership; personal contributions to improvements of collection service operations; and accomplishments in public relations, community involvement and business ethics.

Kelly has maintained an active engagement in community service highlighted by past board membership in the American Red Cross, The Palmetto Touchdown Club and The Executives Association of Greater Charleston. He currently serves on the Board of The Roper Saint Francis Foundation.

Kelly enjoys reading, exercising, and riding his motorcycle. He wants to be remembered for staying true to CAB's mission, exceeding customers' expectations, and fostering an environment of personal growth and accomplishment for our employees.

Randy Molony - Chief Technology Officer

Along with his brother Kelly, Randy has played a key role in the emergence of CAB as a leader in the Receivables Management industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Randy is responsible for managing research and development, identifying risks and opportunities, monitoring technology and social trends, and communicating CAB's technology strategy to partners, management, and employees.

Through his leadership of the CAB Technology Team, Randy has built a "Best in Class" unit charged with building products that simplify operations and help CAB clients launch new applications. Randy's technical knowledge is what has allowed CAB to integrate its resources with client hardware and software, thus providing a simple, scalable, and seamless communication platform.

Randy joined CAB in 1986 and has performed job duties in all aspects of the organization. His broad AR knowledge and technical skills provide a unique resource for CAB and its clients.

Bryan enables the global sales force, including channel partners and critical sales support functions, to continually drive demand and exceed customer expectations in all phases of interaction. The newest member of the CAB leadership team brings more than 25 years of customer service experience with expertise in call center operations across multiple disciplines. Her leadership experience spans from front line supervisor to Vice-President of several Fortune 500 companies. Toni has been recognized as a process improvement expert with a passion for customer service and employee development which consistently delivers results. Her work resulted in her being selected as a recipient of the prestigious Hughes Chairman’s Honors Award due to significant cost reductions. She has successfully launched more than 35 call centers for DIRECTV across the US, Latin America, the Philippines and India. Her experiences touched all aspects of call center operations. 

Toni enjoys family time, the outdoors, reading and she is a life long equestrian.

Kevin Ball - Director of Business Development

Originally from the UK, Kevin has resided in the US for over 30 years. Kevin owned and operated a 300-employee, construction-related company for 17 years. He sold his interest in 2000 and took a three year break to be with his family. 

Kevin's expertise is in recognizing growth opportunities and identifying the associated requisite operational challenges and logistics. His consulting work has helped companies accomplish their goals by focusing on go-to-market strategies. Kevin is creative and strives to think outside of the box. Using over 30 years of business experience in multi-million dollar projects, he continues to develop opportunities that are key to business development and growth. Kevin’s relationships and contacts are vast and cover many industries. 

Kevin is a family man, sailor, a life-long soccer player, and loves to ride his motor cycle.

Deepali Tucker - Director of Human Resources 

Deepali Tucker is the Director of Human Resources at CAB and is responsible for all HR functions to include staffing, recruiting, training and development, benefits administration, classification and compensation, and employee relations.  Committed to strategically advancing the company through a core focus on leadership development, Deepali has also implemented a strong ongoing education and employee development program for current CAB employees. She has spearheaded employee advocacy focus groups within the organization and has worked to earmark CAB's presence within the community as fundraising coordinator for the Charleston Chapter of the March of Dimes, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the International Red Cross, and the Lowcountry Food Bank. Prior to her tenure with CAB, Deepali mastered the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program as Education Leader within the Human Resources department of Milliken & Company. 

Deepali is also an active member of the Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Greater Charleston Call Center Alliance. Deepali enjoys painting and interpretive dance and is an avid supporter of the arts within her community.
